The rankings were determined using validated customer reviews collected during the HotelTechAwards timeframe between September 1st and December 15th last year, which included contributions from leading hotel brands and many independent properties.

SuitePad crossed the finish line with a total of 224 verified reviews and an average of 94% likely to recommend.
