How does the integration between SuitePad and hotelkit work?

When guests make an order or request through their SuitePad tablet, the request is usually sent to a designated place—this is usually the front desk or another central control point. From there, hotel staff can designate the job to the correct department. With the hotelkit integration, this step is taken out of the equation, and guest requests made through the SuitePad in-room tablets can be set to be delivered to the relevant place in the hotel. So, for example, if a guest orders room service, the order will go straight to the kitchen as opposed to the front desk who would then need to forward this order on.
